The alleged Latin King gangster is accused of stealing weapons from an FBI vehicle during anti-ICE riots earlier this week. He is scheduled to appear in federal court in downtown St. Paul this afternoon
Raul Gutierrez, age 33 billed out of Inver Grove Heights, was released from Hennepin County jail this morning, and handed over to federal authorities.
Gutierrez appears to have been convicted of felony domestic abuse last year. He has not yet been sentenced in the case, with a sentencing hearing scheduled for May 1.
