61st, 62nd, and 63rd convictions in Feeding Our Future case

Last Friday, the U.S. Attorney (USAO) for Minnesota secured three more guilty pleas in the sprawling Feeding Our Future fraud case. These latest convictions bring the total up to 63 in the free-food fraud scandal.

Five More Plead Guilty in Feeding Our Future Fraud Scheme

All five guilty pleas last week came from a batch of seven defendants, all of whom are related to Ikram Mohamed, a former Feeding Our Future employee. He’s the league table,

These seven defendants were originally charged back in January 2024. A sixth defendant (Suleman Mohamed) is scheduled to enter a guilty plea on Thursday (March 26).

The last member of the group, Gandi Mohamed, declined a plea deal offer and is looking to stand trial next month.

Sentencing for the six guilty pleas will be held at a later date.
