Maximo Arellano-Tenango, age 44, appeared in federal court this morning (Wednesday) in downtown Minneapolis to enter a guilty plea for felony re-entry of a previously deported illegal alien.

He had twice previously been convicted of this same crime, in western New York. Court records list a total of six (6) previous deportations.
Billed most recently out of Bloomington, Arellano leaves behind nearly $700 in unpaid court fines. He has been in federal custody since July 2. He has been participating in the federal Fast Track program.
Due process? So much due process. One could say maximum due process. In just this latest federal case, Arellano has made three court appearances, accompanied and assisted by a taxpayer-paid attorney and a taxpayer-paid Spanish-language interpreter.
Sentenced to time served, he will soon be returning home. And we are up to lucky #7 on his deportation count.
Adios, Maximo!
