Arcadio Carrera-Flores, age 36 of Mexico, is our Minnesota Man of the Day for November 22.
He has been indicted on three criminal counts in federal court, involving a firearm, forged documents, and his illegal entry into the United States.

According to state and federal court records, late last month, Homeland Security officers out of Duluth were supporting local police in Hibbing in the execution of a narcotics search warrant at a taco shop. There they encountered Carrera, living on the premises, along with a Glock and fake documents.
There was some discussion of cocaine in the original federal complaint, but this was not included in the federal indictment. According to Fox 21 (Duluth), the drug charge is being handled in state court. They report,

Arcadio Carrera Flores made is first appearance in Minnesota state court on October 31, 2025.
He is facing charges of Felony 3rd Degree Sale of Narcotics and Gross Misdemeanor Possession of a Firearm by an Illegal Alien.
Carrera is currently being held at the federal lockup in the Sherburne County jail. His next federal court appearance is scheduled for January 22, 2026.
