ICE agent injured in previous assault

ICE agent who opened fire on Renee Good was dragged, hospitalized by illegal migrant driver last year.

The Post reports,

The ICE agent who opened fire in Minneapolis Wednesday was dragged 100 yards by an illegal migrant in Minnesota last June after his arm was trapped inside the vehicle during a traffic stop,

News outlets have named the ICE agent as Jonathan Ross. The perpetrator in that June 2025 incident was Roberto Carlos Munoz Guatemala. Despite his name, Munoz is a Mexican citizen.

Munoz was convicted in a jury trial held last month. His sentencing date has not yet been set.

Munoz has a prior felony conviction for criminal sexual conduct. The victim was his 16-year-old stepdaughter.

These are the kinds of situations encountered by ICE agents every day in Minnesota.
