Allan Fernando Flores-Lemus, an illegal alien from Honduras, appeared in federal court on Wednesday and pled guilty to one count of producing child pornography.

Flores took Minnesota Man of the Day honors back on November 13. The plea agreement refers to a Minor Victim 1, an unnamed 13-year-old girl. Court papers list Flores as a resident of Minneapolis.
Under the terms of his plea agreement, Flores faces between 14 and 17 years in federal prison, registration as a sex offender, and forfeiture of his iPhone 14. Deportation to follow.
Diego Armando Plaza Tarco made his first appearance in federal court this week on a felony count of illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien.

He was last deported in August 2022, His indictment was filed in February.
Ricardo Alberto Flores Solis, of Mexico, appeared at the local federal court on a warrant out of the federal court for western Texas. This Flores has a long history, including domestic assault, drunk driving, and at least two previous deportations. He was ordered to be sent back to Texas.
Ezequiel De Jesus Portillo-Rodriguez made his first appearance in court this week, facing a charge of illegal re-entry of a previously deported alien. His indictment was originally filed, more than a year ago, back in April 2025.
Today (April 30), Diego Saul Calderon Alcantar pled guilty to one count of meth distribution. He was originally charged back in December.

Sentencing for Calderon was set for August 13.
